One Day - Throwing on the wheel Courses ALL LEVELS 11:00-17:00
A one day introductory class or intermediate class. For those who are absolute beginners - you will learn the very basics of throwing on the potters wheel. Beginning the session with throwing cylinders and following up with bowls during the afternoon. If however you have already taken classes, we will work with you after the initial class demonstration, on the specific techniques you need to improve for the forms you are tackling.
Each attendee has their own dedicated potters wheel and there is a maximum of 10 people who attend each class.
Expect to keep anywhere between 1-3 pieces, depending on what happens when you are throwing! If you would like to keep more than 3 pieces, we charge an extra £10 a pot, which will fire and glaze for you!

All classes will take place in the pottery at: 11-12 Crown Works, Temple Street, London, E26QQ
Price includes all materials used in the session.
You are able to keep 3 pots from the session. Pots will be ready usually within three weeks, but sometimes longer depending on firing schedules. You will be notified by email when your pots are ready. We ask that you pick up or arrange for your pots to be delivered to you (for an additional fee) within one month of the original pick up email being sent out. If your pieces have not been picked up or sent within this time-frame then we regret that we will have had to give to our local community, as we are so limited on shelf space.
A welcome email with further instructions about what to expect before your class is sent around a week before your class commences. This email will be sent to the email provided at booking.

RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
* If given 8 or more days notice we can either reschedule, refund or generate a gift code for rebooking your class. This does not possible to an individual session within a longer course.
* If given 7 days or less notice due to illness of any kind, or for any other reason, we cannot reschedule or refund. There are no exceptions to this, so please do not ask or pressurise our staff.
* In the scenario of 7 days or less notice of you not being able to attend, your seat always remains yours to give to a friend or family member to attend.
* We can only take one individual for the duration of a course, not an array of people on different sessions, ie only one person can attend all or some of the sessions.
* We regret we will not be able to replace or rearrange missed sessions. Please do not ask us to make exceptions and please understand we cannot accommodate everyones diary changes and sudden change of circumstances.
* Gift Cards are non-refundable
