KICK WHEEL THROWING PRACTICE SESSIONS | INTERMEDIATE

£185.00

Untaught Practice Sessions

Join our untaught evening kick wheel throwing sessions.

The sessions are held weekly from 18:30 to 20:30 at Crown Works Pottery, providing experienced throwers with a dedicated space to independently refine their skills. Although a studio supervisor will be available to open and close the facility and offer guidance on using the space, they will not provide formal instruction, apart from a 15-minute induction during your first session. To maintain a focused and productive atmosphere, each session is limited to just two participants.

Attendees are able to keep up to six pieces across all sessions. If you wish to keep more, there is an additional charge of £10 per piece, payable via the website. Finished pieces can be collected once they have been fired, typically three weeks after the session, though occasionally this may take longer.

The sessions will be divided into three evenings of throwing, one of turning and the final session you will glaze your own work.

We have both 5 week options available. Each participant will have their own dedicated kick wheel and access to clay.

Please only book if you have been taking classes at Crown Works Pottery and are of an Intermediate Level.

We regret that if you have not picked up your pots within one month of the original pick up email being sent out, then we will have had to dispose of the pots as we are so limited on shelf space.
